Attorney General William P. Barr appointed Dara F. From 2006 to 2020, she served as an assistant chiefcounsel, Office of Chief Counsel, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in New York. From 2005 to 2006, sheserved as a staff attorney in the immigration unit with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, in New York. From 2004 to 2005, she was a judicial law clerk, and later an attorneyadvisor for the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Department of Justice, in Newark,New Jersey. Judge Reid is a member of the New York State Bar.
