Wendy P. Wedderburn was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in November 2023. From 2002 to 2003, she was a legal intern for the International Human Rights Asylum Clinic in Huntington, New York. Judge Wedderburn is a member of the New York State Bar.
