From 2004 to 2007, she was a Civil Litigation Associate with Kalbian Hagerty LLP, in the District of Columbia. From 2003 to 2004, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division, Essex County. Judge Tadros- Ibarra is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, Maryland State Bar, and New Jersey State Bar.
