From 1992 to 2003, she served as an assistant U.S. attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey in Camden and Trenton. From 1991 to 1992, she was an associate at Mc Kissock and Hoffman PC in Philadelphia. From 1985 to 1991, she served as an assistant district attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Judge Futcher is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
