Attorney General William P. Barr appointed Hayden Windrow as an Immigration Judge in December 2020. Judge Windrow earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from Columbia University, a Masters of Arts in 2000 from the University of London, School of Oriental and African Studies,and a Juris Doctor in 2005 from the New York University School of Law. In 2020, he served as atrial attorney, District Court Section, Office of Immigration Litigation, Department of Justice, inthe District of Columbia. From 2015 to 2020, he served as an assistant chief counsel, Office ofthe Principal Legal Advisor, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in New York. From 2005 to 2015, he served as a judicial law clerk at multiple Article III Courts. Judge Windrow is a member of the New York State Bar.
