Ann M. Welhaf was appointed as an Immigration Judge to begin hearing cases in October 2022. Judge Welhaf earned a Bachelor of Science in 1986 from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in 1990 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. From 2008 to 2021, she served as a trial attorney at the Office of Immigration Litigation, Civil Division, Department of Justice.
