Judge Rubin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor in 2002 from Rutgers School of Law. From 2003 through 2015, Judge Rubin served in various capacities for the Immigration Representation Project, Legal Services of New Jersey, in Edison, N.J., including serving as a senior attorney, supervising attorney, and staff attorney. Judge Rubin is a member of the New Jersey Bar.
