From 2011 to 2014, she served as a legal assistance attorney and defensecounsel at the Defense Service Office Southeast, in Norfolk, Virginia. In 2011, she became ajudge advocate in the U.S. Navy. Judge Mullican is a member of the District of Columbia Barand Missouri State Bar.
