Kenneth W. Shahan was appointed as an Immigration Judge to begin hearing cases in October 2022. From 1995 to 2022, Judge Shahan served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Army, culminating with him serving as a circuit judge from 2014 to 2022, in the following locations: Fort Hood, Texas; Joint Base Lewis-Mc Chord, Washington; Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii; and Rose Barracks, Germany. Judge Shahan is a member of the Oklahoma Bar.
