Then-Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker appointed Christian M. Pressman to beginhearing cases in March 2019. From 2000 to 2002, he served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court, Southern District, Florida. From 2003 to 2018, he served as the assistant chief counsel for Office of the Principal Legal Advisor,Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in Miami, Florida.Judge Pressman is a member of the Florida Bar.
