Attorney General William P. Barr appointed Joshua D. Osborn as an Immigration Judge in October 2020. From 2009 to 2016, he served as a deputy county attorney in the Arizona counties of Graham, Apache, and Navajo. Judge Osborn is a member of the Arizona State Bar.
