Attorney General William P. Barr appointed Joshua D. Osborn as an Immigration Judge in October 2020. Judge Osborn earned a Bachelor of Science in 2004 from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor in 2008 from the University of Kansas, School of Law. From 2016to 2020, he served as an assistant chief counsel, Office of Chief Counsel, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in Los Angeles (Adelanto). From 2009 to 2016, he served as a deputy county attorney in the Arizona counties of Graham, Apache, and Navajo. Judge Osborn is a member of the Arizona State Bar.
