From 2003 to 2011, he was in privatepractice at the litigation firm of Nyhan, Bambrick, Kinzie & Lowry. From 2000 to 2003, heserved as a judge advocate for the U.S. Navy. In 1999, he served as of counsel to the State’s Attorney’s Appellate Prosecutor’s Office, in Illinois. In 1998, he served as an assistant state’sattorney, in Champaign County, Illinois. Judge Luskin is a member of the Illinois State Bar.
