From 2007 to 2013, he served as an assistant U.S. attorney atthe U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of the Virgin Islands, in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.From 2004 to 2007, he served as an assistant state attorney, Office of the State Attorney,Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Judge John-Baptiste is a member of the Florida State Bar and the State Bar of Texas.
