Then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions appointed Mark S. Evans to begin hearing cases in November 2018. From 1996 to 1997, he served as assistant district attorney with the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office in Richmond, Texas. From 1994 to 1996, he was anattorney in private practice, in Houston. From 1991 to 1994, he was an attorney with Driscolland Lacey, in Houston. From 1987 to 1991, he served as an assistant district attorney with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, in Houston. Judge Evans is a member of the State Barof Texas.
