Colin P. Eichenberger was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in May 2023. From 2007 to 2023, he served as an attorney and a trial judge with the U.S. Air Force in the following locations: Misawa Air Base, Japan; Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas; Joint Base Andrews, Maryland; Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma; and Travis Air Force Base, California. In 2023, he retired as a lieutenant colonel from the U.S. Air Force, having last served as a military judge in the Western Circuit. Judge Eichenberger is a member of the State Bar of California.
